Hi friends, after 5 years of teaching yoga in person full time I decided it was time for a change. My mission over the years has been about bringing yoga to everyone and every body. Teaching classes online has allowed me to take this passion for Living in Love worldwide. Yoga is a very personal journey, but I have found that the heart of commitment and change lies in the heart of community, so every month I’ll post a new calendar with classes planned throughout the month. Even though we aren’t together in person, this community serves as a reminder that you’re never alone. I like to think the Universe has your back, and so do we. As you begin your Spiritual Hike into yogaland, you’ll notice that the calendar has some classes marked with a pink “LiL”, these are membership only classes. You can try the membership out with a free 7 day trial. Either way you choose to join me, my goal is to bring big heaps of love and yoga straight to you weekly because I love yall, and I wanna connect with every single one of you. Thanks for taking a class near or far.
